If you are convicted of an OWI (Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence) or PAC (Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration), you will be ordered to comply with an AODA (Alcohol and other Drug Assessment) and Driver's Safety plan. An IID device is required if you are convicted of an OWI offense, and the BAC is determined to be over .15, OR there is an allegation of a Refusal to submit to a lawful request for blood, breath, or urine, OR there is a prior countable OWI conviction. For information regarding the IID, see:
